Come in, Enjoy the Art — and Have a Drink!

Off the Wall is located in one of the most legendary watering holes in Philadelphia, Dirty Frank’s, at the NE Corner of 13th & Pine in Center City. We began informally hanging the work of emerging artists in the 1950s and have been operating as the city’s pioneering alternative art space since our first show in 1978, Her Name Is Not Anonymous Anymore. This groundbreaking all-woman exhibition with a strong feminist perspective also set the tone and an agenda for our space. We are activist in nature and, above all, committed to providing a space for — and amplifying the voices of — artists who have few or no other opportunities to show their work.

Please note our hours: MON/TUE, 4 PM to 2 AM / WED through SUN, 1 PM to 2 AM
